British Aircrew Mk5A Anti-G Suit

Stores Ref Section No's: 22C/1841 - 22C/1842 - 22C/1843 - 22C/1844 (Size dependent)
Info from AP4380, Section 5 (AL 28, June 1961).

The Mk5A Anti-G suit is effectively the same as the Mk4A, just with the inlet hose on the Right hand side.

The other main difference is that the Mk4A suit was issued with a Mk4 quick release fitting on its inlet hose (as per American Anti-G Suits) suitbale for non-PEC aircraft. The Mk5A suit was issued to squadrons without a fitting on the hose end, so that the correct fitting for the aircraft PEC could be installed locally.

Unfortunately the suit is half inside-out in this image, making them wrongly appear at a glance as a Mk4A with the hose on the Left.
