RAF Stores Ref 15A

I know RAF Stores reference 15A is Man-carrying Parachutes.

Is there a list of 15A reference numbers, like there is with 22C flying clothing?

I'm trying to identify which aircraft this combination would be used:

• G.Q. Parachute Assembly, Back Type, Mk.38A (Stores ref 15A/1162)

• GQ Pack Type 'B' Mk.19 (Stores ref 15A/946)

It's from the 1960's.

The B Mk 19 parachute appears to have been used on the Vampire T11. Don't know about the B Mk 38A, its a bit too new for me!
The pack 15A/946 was apparently used (see page 53 of the AP1086) with a parachute Type 26A although I don't know what aircraft type use that.
15A/1162 is mysteriously not listed.

The Pack Type 'B' Mk.19 and Parachute Assembly Mk.38A were used together.

The Vampire makes sense.

No mention of the parachute 38A in this Vampire book:
