TERSIL WIRING

DESCRIPTION

Tersil cable insulation is rated up to 600 V RMS, and a maximum frequency of 2.4 kHz.

It is rated for temperatures up to 190 °C in normal service in flexible wiring installations, and up to 1100°C for short periods, allowing operation during a fire. It is fully flexible down to -55°C, and for fixed wiring installation Tersil can be used down to -75°C.

Tersil types

Unitersil = copper conductor, single core tersil, 22 to 0000 A.W.G.
Unitersilal = aluminium conductor, single core tersil, 8 to 0000 A.W.G.
Craltersil = chromel/alumel conductor tersil (thermocouple cable).
Unitersilmet = copper conductor, tinned copper outer braid, 22 to 8 A.W.G.
