Drawings and Plans
All plans / drawings / guidance / instructions I've used came from the wonderful website: www.projectdalek.co.uk who give the plans away freely once you register.
The dimensions used in the plans have either been measured from real props, or extrapolated from photohraphs / video. The plans are subject to change now and again when people manage to get close to a real prop with a tape measure, and a previously estimated measurement becomes real.

I'll not be re-publishing ProjectDalek's plans here, as by downloading them from their website, you'll be getting the latest / most up to date dimensions.
RadioTimes Dalek plans from the 1970's
As a side note, the first "official" plans released for a Dalek were published by the RadioTimes in 1973 for the 10 year anniversary of Dr Who. I've put a page together detailing these plans: 1973 RadioTimes - How To Build A Dalek under the Historic Document Library.
